You need to be constantly alert and remind yourself why you decided to eat healthily in the first place. No one but you really has your best interests at heart. Remember that and educate yourself in this area, just because the masses do something does not mean that it is right. Everyone knows which foods they should be avoiding. Stuff like desserts, high-fat meals, candy, fast food, fried food, soda and most frozen meals. Even staying away from these kinds of foods will give you a noticeable difference in your energy levels and overall health.
